Confirm Depositor Compatibility Before Ordering

“Universal depositor compatible” does not mean every mold will fit every machine without verification. Compatibility depends on your exact equipment and production setup, including:

• Tray and overall mold dimensions
• Nozzle count and nozzle spacing
• Cavity alignment and mold orientation
• Shot volume and depositing speed
• Formula viscosity and operating temperature
• Machine settings, guides, and tray-handling system

Confirm these specifications against the product page and your equipment documentation before ordering multiple molds or beginning an automated production run.

Production and Testing

These molds may be used for gummy candy, vitamin, supplement, nutraceutical, and confectionery production when the mold and equipment configuration are compatible. Test the intended formula, fill volume, alignment, cooling or curing process, and demolding method before scaling production.

Cavity volume does not guarantee a specific finished gummy weight. Final piece weight depends on formulation density, fill level, moisture loss, and processing conditions.
